Service Description
- Namakan provides custom AI Engineering services for creating and managing AI workflows.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
- Service availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to maintenance or outages.
User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with our platform.
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
- All content, features, and functionality are owned by Namakan and protected by copyright.
- You retain ownership of your data and AI agent configurations.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our service.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Namakan, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
